extraordinary and feel like magic.

I'm a New York City-born-and-raised experience architect and strategic operator with over a decade of building, from scratch, the programming, systems, and infrastructure behind large-scale events. I built my first community events at the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ & DE, scaled entire departments and programming structures at Temple University, and rose to COO of ALPFA National, the largest Latino professional association in the U.S.

At ALPFA, I managed a $15M P&L, scaled a national convention from 1,200 to 10,000 attendees, and oversaw a portfolio of 125+ corporate partners and exhibitors annually. I know what it means to own the strategy, the stage, the vendor call, and the post-event report, all at once.

Temple University: Where the Practitioner Was Built
Two degrees from Temple, a B.B.A. in Marketing & Supply Chain Management and an M.S. in Tourism & Hospitality Management, but Temple wasn't just school. It was 100+ events a year, concerts for thousands, a full departmental rebrand with 200% social growth, and building the programming infrastructure for an entire student body from the ground up. Temple is the foundation. Everything since has been the proof.

6,026 backpacks packed in one hour. 49,100 PB&J sandwiches made in 60 minutes. These weren't stunts. They were a different philosophy of community organizing: gamify the impact, activate thousands of participants, and ensure the immediate community benefits directly. The logistics were complex. The outcome was extraordinary. That's the intersection I live in.
