I built Ramos Familia Group to give a permanent home to the work I've spent my whole career doing: designing rooms where people feel seen, and choreographing the small details that make a moment actually land. I've done this as a Chief Operating Officer, in higher education, and alongside chambers of commerce, cruise lines, brands, nonprofits, and a long quiet list of private clients with a vision and a date on the calendar. The titles changed every time. The job was always the same: turn intent into experience.
I'm Afro-Dominican. First-generation college graduate. First-generation executive. I grew up in a family that hosted like it was holy work, and somewhere along the way I realized it was. The real curriculum has always been my mother's table.
Based in New York City. In love with live experiences, handwritten place cards, the song that changes a room, and the small choices nobody notices until they're missing.
